HomeGuide's analysis is generated by AI for informational purposes only. It is not a home inspection, appraisal, engineering assessment, or legal, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional who has physically inspected the property. Cost ranges are estimates and may not reflect actual quotes. Always confirm important findings with a qualified professional before making decisions.

You keep ownership of the reports and information you upload. You grant HomeGuide a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service (including sending it to the AI providers that generate your analysis). See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeGuide and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on the Service's output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@tryhomeguide.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
